UCD Alumni Awards – Celebrating Our Exceptional Alumni

On Friday 10 November, 400 of UCD’s most distinguished graduates, friends and staff gathered to recognise and celebrate 10 outstanding alumni awardees at this year’s UCD Alumni Awards in O’Reilly Hall.

Awards were presented to the following alumni:

Mr John Horgan – Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine; H.E. Anne Anderson – Arts; Mr Martin Fraser – Business; Mr Ian Quinn – Engineering and Architecture;  Dr Anne Merriman – Health Sciences; Mr Benjamin Cleary – Law; Prof. Eleanor Maguire – Research, Innovation and Impact; Dr Dennis Jennings – Science; Dr Aideen Hayden – Social Science; Mr Colm O’Rourke – Sport

The awardees are all leaders in their chosen fields and are exceptional role models. Their lives and careers inspire us all.
