To address the current needs of students and young alumni facing uncertain employment futures, we launched the “What It Takes” summer webinar series with UCD Careers Network, to offer practical career advice in a world marked by Covid-19.
Topics included general advice such as “What it takes to land a job during Covid-19”, industry deep-dives like “What it takes to upskill for a career in tech”, and remote work tips in “What it takes to set boundaries working from home.” Our speakers ranged from recruiters to industry experts, to career coaches.
