Over 60 Beijing-based alumni gathered in October 2018 at the The Westin, Chaoyang where UCD’s Vice-President for Global Engagement, Dolores O’Riordan and Deputy Vice-President for Global Engagement, Associate Professor Paul Fanning welcomed all to an informative and engaging panel discussion on “Sustainable Food Production”.
In July 2019, UCD President, Professor Andrew J Deeks was joined by Ambassador Eoin O’Leary in the elegant Kempinski Hotel, Chaoyang for an alumni reception with over 100 alumni and friends. The event was also attended by Deputy Vice-President for Global Engagement, Associate Professor Paul Fanning, who was joined by Director of UCD Global, Dr Douglas Proctor. The evening featured a Q&A session with Beijing-Dublin International College Assistant Professor, Zuzanna Studnika and UCD alumna Yitong Li.
