In October 2018, over 150 engineers gathered for the inaugural milestone reunion events for graduates of the classes of 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008 who were invited to celebrate at Belfield over a series of Friday evenings in October and November in the O’Neill Lounge, UCD Clubhouse.
Each event began with a nostalgic tour of the Engineering building in UCD. Professor David Timoney, School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering and Professor Eoin Casey, Head of UCD School of Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering, welcomed alumni on behalf of UCD.
