At the Irish Athletic Third-Level Boxing Association Championships, Tadhg O’Donnell claimed the Elite 75kg title, while David Sonowo won gold in the Junior Novice 86kg. At the National Elite Boxing Championships, Tadhg O’Donnell won the National 75kg title. He was also selected to represent Ireland at the European U23 Championships in Budapest.
