UCD Women in Leadership conference will return on 22 March 2022, and we are really looking forward to hosting our UCD community again in O’Reilly Hall and the UCD University Club.
On 23 March, ticket holders are invited to join mentoring circles with inspirational leaders who will give valuable insights and advice in an informal online setting.
We are thrilled to announce two key speakers – Noeline Blackwell, CEO of Dublin Rape Crisis Centre and David McRedmond, CEO of An Post, the first major company in the state to report a zero gender pay gap.
Many more inspiring speakers will be announced in the coming weeks. Leaders from a variety of backgrounds who will share their career journeys and empower our attendees on their own career paths.

In 2021 we held the first (and hopefully last!) fully virtual UCD Women in Leadership conference. Check out the sessions with our inspiring speakers from last year to whet your appetite for the upcoming event. Topics such as mentorship, mental health, embracing failure, inclusion and the future of work are all covered.
In the interest of connecting with allies, we encourage you to bring along a colleague who wouldn’t usually attend this type of event.
UCD feels strongly about helping the wider community – if you are currently out of work as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic please email womeninleadership@ucd.ie and we will endeavour to work with those affected to ensure they are able to attend this event.
